The Best of Both
ANGUS
WAGYU
WAGYU × ANGUS
Angus is known for its rich beef flavor, tenderness, and consistency. It gives our beef that classic steakhouse taste people know and love.
Wagyu is prized for its incredible marbling. Those fine streaks of fat create the tenderness, juiciness, and rich flavor that make Wagyu beef so special.
Crossing Wagyu with Angus combines the bold beef flavor of Angus with the exceptional marbling and tenderness of Wagyu. The result is premium beef that's tender, juicy, richly marbled, and full of flavor.
Angus brings the beef. Wagyu brings the marbling. We bring them together.

Better Beef Starts Here
KNOW WHERE YOUR BEEF COMES FROM
Better Beef Starts with Knowing the Source.
At Walker Beef Co., we believe you should know more about your beef than what's printed on a grocery store label.
We partner with trusted ranchers across Texas and Oklahoma to source premium, USDA certified Wagyu × Angus cattle that meet our standards for genetics, quality, and animal care.
From there, we focus on the details that make a difference—selecting the right cattle, allowing around 180 days for proper grain finishing, and using USDA-inspected processing.
No mystery meat. No wondering what you're buying. Just quality cattle, trusted ranchers, proper finishing, and premium beef for North Texas families.
Know the source. Know the process. Know your beef.

WHY AROUND 180 DAYS?
Our Wagyu-cross cattle are given around 180 days on a carefully managed grain-finishing program before processing. Some cattle may be ready sooner, while others may need additional time.
That time allows the animal to reach the proper condition and gives the Wagyu genetics an opportunity to develop the marbling, tenderness, and rich flavor we're looking for.
We don't rush the process just to meet a date.
The beef is ready when the animal is ready.
